I'm not form America, but from Europe, and every action and crime movie shows the same thing - bunch of Latino gangs talking and looking stupid and pissed/angry all the time. One would think it's just in a movies, but come on, there hasn't been one single crime movie that didn't have the same Latino cliche over and over again.. So I was wondering, could it be real? Are Latino gangs are really that ridiculous?

Are Latinos really that irritating?
If by irritating(frankly, I found Jeffery Wright's portrayal of Peeples Hernandez one of the few highlights of this workmanlike affair)is contemporary parlance "safe for racist caricature now that being anti-black and anti-Semitic are both out of vogue", then yep, this illustrates the contemporary state of the Union with commendable precision.

Some are okay but like every race theres a bunch of knuckleheads. I work with alot of Latinos and the ones that really crack me up are the bilinguals who think that just by speaking spanish to their own that english speaking people dont understand what they're sayingspanish was a required course in my school and many Americans are learning so their little in-joke backfires more often than not.
When theres no more room in Hollywood, remakes shall walk the Earth.
