My top 3 (no particular order):

1. When Peter said, "Lois wants to get a job, so I told her I got a job for her [points to crotch area] right here. See? This zipper's stuck. I've been asking her for months to fix it."
2. When Lois was teaching Chris about dating and said, "Now we're going to discuss eating out [camera pans to table with candle/plates of food] at a fancy restaurant."
3. When Meg thought she was pregnant and Peter proceeded to nip this in the bud, to which he approached Meg (who was laying on the couch) with a wire hanger and said, "Get up. I need to get that thing out of there," to which it turns out Meg was laying on top of Peter's shirt that he wanted to put on the hanger.
