I have been thinking about watching this. I have heard good things about it. But I want to know if the series had a real conclusions. I hate getting involved with a show only for it to just end with no resolution or, even worse, on a cliffhanger. So without spoilers I would appreciate it if someone could let me know if it had a genuine ending.
Thanks!

It did. The main series lasts for 88 episodes. After that, there was a 2 part mini-series called Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars that wraps up the series. It is a satisfying ending, though the story does continue on in comic book form if you're interested.
I do highly recommend the show. It is my favorite sci-fi series. The first season improves as it goes on. By the end, the show is in full throttle, and I consider it the best sci-fi series I've ever seen.
