When Amanda Peet is walking across the lawn from Jimmy's to Oz's she trips and falls, looks like she twists her ankle. To me it looks like she really did this. Even her yelling sounds like its actually happened.

I think I remember watching the commentary for this movie just for that part. Yeah, she really did trip and fall and they left it in because its funny.
