<p dir="auto">Even though Jimmy claims that if he didn't kill Frankie, he would have gone after him claiming that he was soft and would have attempted to go after the money. Frankie did seem like a really lovable guy and all.</p>

<p dir="auto">Jimmy was just playing the odds here. Being in the business they were in - he knew that Frankie would have made a play some how to get in on that cash. And while Jimmy might have been ready for anything Frankie might of tried, Oz certainly wouldn't have been. Really, Jimmy kills Frankie to save Oz.</p>
