Those women weren't really that "hot". Hot women are very common in many areas. There are lots of groups associated with bars, clubs, strip clubs, resorts, and talent agencies that can provide women like that as entertainment and escorts. Usually what happens between the woman and a client is negotiated between them but there is basically a commonly unwritten rule that they are there for sexual favors.

This movie was filmed (primarily) in Toronto, Ontario, Canada; there are plenty of attractive women around there.
Trust me; I've lived there for 25 years.
Not to mention, there are several beautiful actress that got their start in Toronto (Laura Vandervoort from "Smallville" and "Instant Star" is one example).

New Haven has nothing to do with the hot girls in the movie. The movie was filmed in Canada, the girls are either actresses or extras from Canada.
