<p dir="auto">It would be way to predictable if the senator was his father.  "Luke, I am your father." I'm sure I've heard that line somewhere before.<br />
It might make sense as to why Luke was chosen for the Skulls.  Even though really the senator used Luke so he could gain control.</p>

<p dir="auto">Yes. He said, "Well done, son." because the main character (Luke) decided to do the right thing and walk away from everything, obviously not caring about the consequences.<br />
