I like the fact the dog was barking at her non-stop, but when her head popped off it tipped it's head quizzicly to the side and gave a 'bark?'

It was pretty much the only scene in the film that was scary!
It's an ordinary high school day. Except that it's not.

Well a lot of her body was numb from the ice in the tub, which is one of the reasons why she slipped and fell out of the tub, she probably couldn't get good balance because her legs, feet, and toes were all numb.

You know, I really don't think that after having your kidney cut out in some dirty bathroom that you could just get up and dive out a window, wouldn't you be crawling or have to hold onto your side or something. I mean doesn't that count as mager surgery?

actually you dont die in this urban legend. you dont wake up and see your kidney next to you and then the guy kills you. you wake up in ice and theres a note telling you to go to the dr right away because they took your kidney.

This was actually the only scene in the movie where someone was killed based on an urban legendthe rest were just young people getting killed in stupid ways

i first saw this movie yesterday and i literally cringed at this scene, starting with him tearing open her stitches, it stil gets me. but it was like, the only nasty scene in the movie.

What do you mean? She wakes up and sees that a spot on her waist has been stitched and I think she also sees her kidney on a table nearby. So she tries to phone 911 where they simply laugh at her. She finally slams the door between her and the killer who is working on something in the other room. She blocks the entrance and tries to climb out of the window only to be surprised by a couple of hungry dogs. The killer breaks himself in and starts pulling her back in. The nastiest part is when he sticks his fingers into her would, ripping the stitches open. Finally he slams the window down and decapitates her. The head is left for the dogs to eat and the kidney is given to the killer's own German shepherd.
And no, there was no nudity.
