If you mean what was the top 10 as voted by the viewers, they didn't do one. They just had him and his 2 guests (Tom Hollander, Imelda Staunton) talking about various films and clips of celebs telling what films they liked.
Jonathan Ross's film of the year was Ratatouille.
Tom Hollander's was Once.
Imelda's was Michael Clayton.
btw BBC News24 Tom Brook's top 10 films for 2007 were -
10. Atonement
9. Michael Clayton
8. Eastern Promises
7. Sweeney Todd
6. The Bourne Ultimatum
5. Persepolis
4. No Country For Old Men
3. Ratatouille
2. The Diving Bell And The Butterfly
