i've only seem to found it on regon 1 so i'm going to look at ebay apparently someone is selling it hopefuly in the future i will get a chance to get it on dvd thanks for replying

Chances for that are slim. This jewel of anime is way to weird to attract distributors who are going to show it in the TV. Plus it has a weak ending, making it suitable for only a limited number of audience.
The only way for you to get it is to buy it on DVD.
