<p dir="auto">Yes but the woman's lawyer would say those photos show Trey after he broke into her bedroom while she was asleep. Those selfies show Trey in the bedroom but they don't show how he got there (they don't show if he's the rapist or if the woman is). Barba needed other evidence.</p>
