<p dir="auto">I think it was in the Streetwise episode. When determining whether a party could be charged, Novak mentions a situation where a husband unexpectedly walked in on his wife and her lover. She lied and claimed rape, he killed the guy, and she was convicted for murder.<br />
Does anyone else remember this? Did this actually happen IRL?<br />
