I think it was in the Streetwise episode. When determining whether a party could be charged, Novak mentions a situation where a husband unexpectedly walked in on his wife and her lover. She lied and claimed rape, he killed the guy, and she was convicted for murder.
Does anyone else remember this? Did this actually happen IRL?
