I just discovered this movie, last night (12-30-15). Watched it and picked up some subtle hints that the mother was also a werewolf. My apologies if it's been discussed.
Especially, the bit about "just the three of us. Me and my girls" fleeing and such.

Now that you mention it, I also suspected that. Some things that she said, like the talk in the van that you mentioned, but also earlier on before the scene where Ginger and Jason had sex. She said something along the lines of 'your turn's coming too, one day'. Whether she was referring to puberty/menstruation or something more sinister is up for debate.
Also, "No more deaths in the house!" made my ears perk up. Perhaps she had enough bodies of her own lying around
BUT I don't know if I'm so convinced. I've yet to see a werewolf transform back into human form in the series. Then again they didn't really get a chance. The one that was hit by the van was killed as was Ginger at the end. I don't think Ginger Snaps went in for the whole shape shifting back and forth shtick that most werewolf films go in for. And personally I'm glad. In GS, it seemed like a one way trip. GS seemed to challenge a lot of typically accepted werewolf lore, i.e. it didn't seem as though the silver piercing did much good.
Perhaps Pam was exceptionally good at holding it off, hence why she bought the monkshood. Makes you think

That hasn't been talked about here before and it never crossed my mind. But it wouldn't make sense for the mother to be the werewolf that bit ginger, because it got ran over and obviously the mother is alive the rest of the film.
I just felt the mother was a little too out of touch with reality..i don't get how she could have been a werewolf though.the 'ignorance is bliss' routine was annoying.
The more personalities you have the less boring you are!

ITA, felt the same way.
I half-expected the mom at some point to say "well, we'll finish Dad off and be on our way" kind of thing.
