I have so many questions right now..

1. Who the hell is she and why are we following her? What happened to Anita and Roger and Pongo and Perdita?
2. Is it weird that I think 3 years is not enough time to be in prison for trying to kill and skin puppies?
   3.How did Chloe get Dipstick? Did Roger and Anita eventually sell or giveaway the puppies once they started becoming adults?
3. Where are the rest of other puppies? Did Cruella plan on tracking them down as well or just try and get back at Chloe for being awful?
