In the episode "Ghosts of the Forest" Dar catches Arina and pins her down. He makes the comment "Oh, you like it on top, don't you?" and that made me think that they had in fact been intimate. That line seemed to imply it.

No, Dar was in love with Kyra until she was killed off at the end of Season 1. There's a kiss/fade to black scene during the second season premiere, but it's left to speculation whether they actually slept together. I don't really think that Arina is a relationship type of person, not after the "Orpheo" episode (which, by the way, is one of my faves).
