My favourite is "Centaurs" from Season 2 with it's undercurrent themes of interconnectedness, transcendence and beauty. Dar is able to "communicate" telephathically with Sagitto because the latter is a centaur while Tao, using his medicinal ointment on Radio, "communicates" using a healing connection with Radia and her mystical other half.
