spoilers below
.did the son's throwing of the toy at his father distract him??
I thought it was the truck driver's faultbut I wasn't absolutely certain.
All I know is I was always told NEVER to throw anything at any driver, when I was a kid.
That scene always makes me winceand cry.
"I offer you this rosemy heart, my soul, my love."

I always thought it was his fault too, he wasn't paying attention. I know causing that kind of accident that kills your wife and child would probably drive you off the deep end. Not sure how it was the trucks fault but whatever.

I think is the trucks fault in a way is almsot as if the accident began to happen but he was to busy laughing and making faces and the truck went straight at him i say is 50% his fault because if he would have been seeing the road then he wouldve been able to do something about it.But is as people say take one look back and your whole world crumbles in front of you.keep your eyes on the roads.

I've questioned that too. At one point Sharon tells Catch that she saw the reports and it wasn't his fault. But maybe if he had been looking, he could have gotten out of the way?? I dunno. It was on a bridge after all, so where could he go? Maybe it was just meant to be
p.s. "All I know is I was always told NEVER to throw anything at any driver, when I was a kid." LOL so true.
