We're to believe that in 100 years T'Pol looks like an elderly woman ready for the casket, but in Voyager Tuvok served on Excelsior with Sulu, 100 years prior and Tuvok still basically the same with some subtle difference.
You'd think there would be someone as an expert on continuity working on staff.
They dropped the ball on that episode.

Could be the Trellium-D, but I don't think it would make her look like old Rose from Titanic.

T'pol was 63 when we first meet her in Enterprise, Tuvok was already over 100
She still had to grow into her prime whereas Tuvok was already in his
Add to that all the time dilation that T'pol underwent in her adventures and she had been yanked into older and younger version of herself multiple times.
Then there is the Trellium-D component
