Yes the racism and oppression that whites have exerted over blacks is far beyond any prejudice some Asians have shown.
AZN made the point that Asians have never enslaved blacks the way whites have. His response? He once knew an Asian who didn't want to work with black guys and that the Koreans are mean to blacks. Those are poor examples to imply that Asians are just as bad as whites in terms of racial oppression of blacks.

When I was production manager for a Taiwanese corporation I hired the first black male ever employed at the company. I was called into the Chinese owner's office the next day and was strongly reprimanded and was told in no uncertain terms that I was to hire NO black males in the warehouse.

I said blacks can be prejudiced against whites. But an 'ism' implies an institutionalized system. There is no systematic of oppression of whites by blacks. Blacks have no power. This is merely a question of semantics.
Let me just say though that the racism of Asians towards blacks was exemplified in the Rodney King riots.
