as a straight male, your opinion is great! so many guys get too freaked to admit when they think a man is attractive so it's interesting to get the rare one!
and i thought nate was really attractive in the pilot. but over the years i found his forehead started bugging me, like everything above his eyebrows started sliding forward.
i think he was the same age on the show as in real life? he aged well from 35 to 40, a lot of guys really start falling apart around then (not all but ones that neglect their health and hygiene).

I think the show capitalized on this by constantly having him hook up with so many women. Whenever a woman laid eyes on Nate, they were instantly attracted. It was a little bizarre to me. He was cute, but not as hot as the show wanted us to think he was. I personally thought he was a little plain looking. And his personality brought down his level of attractiveness significantly.
