<p dir="auto">I hadn't thought of the respirator, but yes, now that you mention it, he would have lived (although I think his room was one of the ones with a towel by the door anyway). Kind of ironic that one of the two who lives is likely to be a vegetable for the rest of his life (according to the father).</p>
