1. hospital administrators, and not medical personnel, inform patients about their diagnostic. They also know what treatment is needed and how much it will cost.
2. if a hospital has 1,000 paying patients, they should treat one for free.
3. if you need $75,000 to save your son's life, no amount of effort will suffice. No credit, donations, mortgage will cover this amount. You have to prepare yourself to commit a crime to save him.
4. no any crime is OK to get the money needed. You need to kidnap the hospital at gun point, take hostages, risk the life of all involved, including yours, your son's and the doctor's life.
