I think this film has had a huge influence on most hollywood films of a similar genre that has come out since, not only in story but style too.
changing the bond franchise stands out as a big example.

The subsequent action genre was very influenced by Bourne. Including the reboots of the Bond series. Taken was probably influenced a lot, too

Without this film we wouldn't have got Casino Royale I'm sure

I did like the Bourne Legacy also, even if Jeremy Renner isn't that great as Matt Damon. But Jeremy Renner's role, Aaron Cross, knows how to take care and do action better completely in this Bourne Legacy movie.

This movie was ahead of its time. It's 12 years old and still looks really good(Watching the Blu Ray as I type), clothes still look good, scenery still good, everything. The fight scenes, the action. Everything is great, all the Bourne movies as a whole are well made and are at least 15-20 years ahead of the times.
