You cant get scared when you know the ghost is friendly, and the 2 hospital jumping scenes were very much expected

Huh? Dragonfly is a drama, with a sprinkling of the supernatural thrown in, but it is FAR from being "scary".

This movie didn't seem all that scary to me but I guess from watching the previews I expected a few "on the edge of my chair" moments so perhaps I was more prepared. I also thought Kevin Costner did another fine job. Always great to see someone who can be diverse in many types of acting roles.

I also agree. It's not that scary, but I didn't expect this movie to have some scary moments. I watched the movie 'Halloween' just a week before, and to be honest, Dragonfly was more scary. :). Beautiful movie by the way, Kevin Costner is a great actor.

This movie had me on the edge of my seat. I enjoyed the thrill and suspense of it. I thought it one of Kevins best.

I am a horror movie junkie, I have seen and owned many, many horror films.
Dragonfly actually scared me. If you think about it and look into it all, it's quite freaky and quite scary.
It's hard to explain and I can see why you wouldn't think it's scary at all - but try to see it from my perspective.

I'm sorry, but did you use Freddy vs. Jason as a measure of being scared?

Oh, you know the newest Exorcist film? The beginning i think it was. Apparently it's beep But at the start of the project a different director made it but the bosses didn't like it so they dumped the original director and the film and got in another one who reshot the film which was Exorcist: The Beginning. The original film is suppose to be really good! Hope that makes sense lol
