Anybody remember what the tribeswoman name for the baby was when she pointed to the dragonfly mark? It wasn't Spanish for dragonfly; I am sure it was one of indigenous languagesperhaps Yanomaman

I have been trying to find the actual use of 'Jenuati' in languages, but all I find are last names or it's just used in the subtitles for the movie. I'm wondering where they got the word from. Does it actually mean 'Dragonfly' in an indigenous language or did they just make it up for the movie? It is a beatuful word whatever the case may be.

Donder, this is a late response to your question, but the tribeswoman points to the birthmark and says "Jenuati" (dragonfly).
