The best part of this film is the square narrator using what he thinks is hep language to narrate.
I've seen far more hysterical films than this. It covers the predictable bases: amotivational syndrome, legal problems, gateway drug, etc.
At times, it struggles to find concrete issues with marijuana. Particularly, I like the reckless high speed driving which pot, um, never leads to, as far as I know.
I also like the depiction of the police, which is probably the funniest part of this.
Anyway, this is probably exactly what you expect. In fairness, despite getting a few things completely wrong, the theme of this is more "we don't know much about pot" rather than, "marijuana is a deadly killer."
Also, no one "smokes pot" in this film. They only "blow pot." Groovy.
