two of Hitchcock's greatest movies:
Rear Window (1954) & The Man Who Knew Too Much (1956), but each gets reflected vice versa: It's the villains who are watching the bed-stricken mom, and it's the daughter who is singing a song, so that mom would know where the villains are holding her captive. Despite all "flaws", mentioned by other users, it's a highly entertaining movie.
