<p dir="auto">Is when Matt goes to the bank to close the account and the banker tells him that it's already closed, then the banner tells Matt that he will go to jail if anyone finds out about this.<br />
Why would Matt go to jail? He didn't do anything wrong let alone illegal.</p>

<p dir="auto">The only thing I think that might be criminal on his part is that the money was fraudulently taken. That if the bank teller spun her story to say the money was stolen by Olyphants character after being set up by Emile Hirsch.  It's a stretch But just a plot device to move the story along</p>
