Haha, this has been on HBO lately and I saw no one had added this yet it's not so much a line, but it makes me laugh EVERY TIME.
When Ryan is giving his speech and he delivers the infamous JFK quote and Matt interrupts him by laughing really loudly.

Matt: Mess what up?
