As some who love both Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid and the Sting, I really thought the Spy game was one of Robert's best films of all time. I had no liking for Out of Africa as the film had no depth and the characters had no personality. Yet the Spy Game was brilliant ! I loved how it twist and turned at every corner whenever the deadline was getting closer and closer to the excution. Brilliant film.
The best films are made in an intelligent format.

3 days of the condor.
I think this makes a good companion piece to Three Days of the Condor; that one from earlier in his career and this one from the latter stages. Both really good films!

I've got 5 of your 10 favorites in my iTunes library: #2, 4, 6, 8 and 10.
Just happened to be all your even-numbered favorites.
I also like them in the order that you have (and the number of times I've seen these movies is in this order, too).

The Sting

Jeremiah Johnson

Spy Game

Butch Cassidy / Sundance

Sneakers

The Natural

Obviously it's just a matter of opinion, but that's how I'd rank them. I agree, Spy Game is underrated.
