Ok this movie is not good lol BUT I've seen SO MUCH WORSE. SO MUCH WORSE. Maybe the difference is the other ones never made it to the big screen? I wish I could remember any of the movie titles of them lol but i think i blocked them out of my head. One of them involved vampires and traveling through time. And another one that has like two sequels involved electricity trying to kill a bunch of kids in military school or something. I really wish I remembered the titles, but they were so so ridiculous and deserve the 3 rating way more than this.
So yes, it is possible that there are worse movies out there.
The only thing I would say is, the others are so bad that they are entertaining, whereas this is not quite entertaining. So maybe that's the significant difference?

Easily one comes to mind and Troll 2.
Rated R Horror movies are better, no matter the argument.

Maybe you can check your vote history and find some of them?
I personally at least think this movie at times in unintentionally funny.
