Can anyone vouch for the quality of any of the DVD releases of Lily Chou-Chou? I'm in love with this film, but from what I can tell, all of the transfers so far are extremely fuzzy with bad coloring, except for the Norman's Nose region 2 release, which has no English subtitles! What the hell!

I'm not normally an elitist with this sort of thing, but Chou-Chou really deserves to be seen in good quality. Are there any plans for a Blu-Ray release?
