Wow you posted this a long time ago! I'll try to respond anyway, I just saw the movie and my mind is still reeling.
I'm not sure if Kuno hates Yuichi. I think it's pretty safe to say that she doesn't like him, but hate is a strong word.
I think everyone in that class, including Kuno, knows that Yuichi was just being used by the bullies. He did some really awful things but the thing about bullying (in certain environments) is that you're either a perpetrator (including those who watch and don't do anything about it) or you're a victim. I think in his heart Yuichi wanted the strength to stand up to these people, but by this point he was already being bullied and trying to stand up for someone would only make it worse. In that kind of situation kids are understandably so desperate for their own survival that they can't go that extra mile to try to ensure someone else's survival. Yuichi was just trying to prevent the bullying from getting even worse.
This is something that probably everyone in that class understands. Not consciously, but it's an awareness that just silently seeps through when there's really bad bullying.
Of course Kuno probably feels betrayed by Yuichi, since he seems like such a nice boy. But the real predators are the ones to raped her, and Hoshino and Kanzaki. If she hates anyone it has to be them. You can't expect her to like Yuichi or feel in any positive way towards him, but I think in a way she does understand the situation that he was in.
