In the UK it's 16 so i didn't really consider that. But Nicole gets $hitty with him for apparently trying it on with a waitress. The waitress wasn't 17 or 16 - she was in her 20s.

In New York state, where the movie is set the age of consent is 17 so it wouldn't have been a crime anyway.
