if these guys were all 30, and Cheese was their friend's younger brother, Cheese would be younger than 30. Never heard of a school that would hire a Dean so young. i could be wrong though, but i feel like to become Dean, you need years of experience and PHd's.

I don't know why movies are so intent on making characters too young for the actors playing them. He does not look 30 nor are there deans under 30 in higher education.
