EASY GOER
I noted several (what I believe) are errors in the FAQ section for this series, and also want to comment on some of them. I won't spoil any. Regarding the questions about:
"
The Verse
" has been copied copiously by other TV series and films. For example, take the gifted writer/director David Twohy film "The Chronicles of Riddick" (2004). Twohy also wrote or directed "Se7en", "Waterworld", "Alien 3", "G.I. Jane", "The Fugitive", "Riddick", etc. Another FAQ was about "
the language spoken
". As noted, it's Mandarin, Chinese. One left off was "Dong-ma" which means understand? BTW, Mandarin is the oldest living language today; 5,000+ years old. It is also the most widely spoken language in the world. I learned this for fun from taking 2 adult night courses at Queens College in NYC while living there, and also used it in my work with a couple of associates; one from Singapore, the other from Hong Kong. Another FAQ was about "
Browncoats
". The answer was correct, but I want to add some people (including me) think it resembled figuratively the American Civil War. Last but not least I want to mention the FAQ about "
The correct order of the episodes
". I have watched the series so many times (hundreds; seriously) on TV, streaming, DVD, Blu-Ray, etc. and listened to what the cast, crew and (wonderful) director Joss Whedon have said. Trust me, the answer listed is
WRONG
. You should do the same (except for the hundreds part) and you will understand. This is all I want to write. Peace.

Mandarin is the oldest living language today; 5,000+ years old.
It is also the most widely spoken language in the world
.
No. It is not the most
widely
spoken.
It is the language with a greater number of speakers than any other language, but not the most widely spoken. The two are not the same thing.
While Madrin has the greatest number of speakers, hey are almost all primarily still Chinese living in China.
Th most
WIDELY SPOKEN
language is English, which is the number one language spoken as a second language in the world and is the "internatonal" common language.
And Mandarin (Or Cantonese for that matter) is extremely difficult to learn as a second language thanks to it being a very "tonal" language. While you may have picked up a few words and phrases, the idea that you "learned it" over a couple of night classes is laughable.
I joined the Navy to see the world, only to discover the world is 2/3 water!

I'm curious what you feel is wrong about the listed episode order? The only questionable thing that comes to mind for me is I know some people feel that The Message should have been the last episode instead of Out of Gas. That's debatable though; it flows just as well either way. The rest seems fine to me.
What order do you prefer?
