There is a region free German blu-ray. You can purchase from Amazon.com via third-party sellers. Search for "Drei Engel fr Charlie - Volle Power" to easily find it. Enjoy!

Yep, the German disc is region free and basically the same as a Sony US disc. The cover art/disc art are German, but everything else is 100% English.
