Hey, I was pretty sleepy when I watched this movie, especially towards the ending, so I just need some things cleared up. Was Sam J the one that killed her parents and set it up to look like the father did it? I was confused by this, because Sam J also told her that her mother was having affairs with other men and he told her father about it. And it seems her father DID have anger management issues, so I'm unsure if this pushed him over the edge and made him kill his wife and himself or if Sam J was behind the murderers.

Sammy didn't directly kill her mother, but he told her father his wife was having affairs, fully aware that this would push her father over the edge and make him kill his wife. Then Sammy killed her father.
