I have seen the UK version of the DVD cover for 'Serial Slayer' and I am sorry to say that none of the three female leads have their names in big letters across the top of the cover. I was hoping that if the three stars of the film did have their names on it, it would lead to Melanie Lynskey becoming more of a household name. This is definitely a setback for fans of Mel who want to see her get more exposure over here. In spite of this, there is always the possibility that she will become a proper star in this country by people in the media seeing the film and recognising that the time has come to acknowledge her as a major leading lady of the future.

Hi I am an Aussie and I thought the best thing about the film was the DVD cover and Melanie Lynskey. I must admit I would watch Melanie Lynskey in anything. I purchased the New Zealand film "Snakeskin" from the bargain bin and thought Melanie was beautiful, sexy and talented. I also saw "Heavenly Creatures" years ago and it is hard to believe she was the same kid.
The chick from 24 was good in "Firewall"
The lack of suspense and Video home movie feel of "serial Slayer" did not work for me. Where did the reviews on the DVD cover come from? movie did not live up to the hype on the DVD cover

At least the artwork is better than the US DVD. Just as misleadingbut not half as tacky.
