Bump. Does anyone have any ideas?

I think one of the white gang members wore a black beanie hat and a red and black plaid jacket. He had black hair down to the neck. He was loud and angry.
I can barely remember the other characters.

Not sure if that is it. The movie was a drama with street action and crime. I recall the thugs being more hip and angry. They seemed college-aged, frustrated with life and ruthless. I remember the white dudes being like wiggers. They wore plaid and some of them dressed similar to Jay (from Jay & Silent Bob duo).
