Does anyone know if these 2 original JU-ON CURSE tv movies are available on DVD anywhere in the world? I am in England by the way.

Ju-on (a.k.a. 'The Curse') and Ju-on 2 were both released on DVD by Universal in Scandinavia under their now defunct 'Asian Vision' label.
Since both films appear to have been shot on video, the picture quality isn't exactly stellar, and the release also suffer form some ghosting (no pun intended) from a bad NTSC-PAL transfer. On the upside, both DVDs contain English subtitles in addition to the Scandinavian languages. Despite the problems, both DVDs are well worth seeking out IMO, as they are some of the very few official releases these films have had outside Japan.

I'm in the UK, and got these DVDs online several years ago from a company in America. The site was called redsundvd. I sent cash in dollars, they sent the DVDs quickly, think they were region 0 as they played fine. Good quality etc.

Yes!! They are availableI have them! I found them somewhere on eBay. They came together on 1 disc. Though I'm in the USA, so mine are region 1, if that's an issue for you.
