I saw part of it yesterday early afternoon on a Dutch cable channel (perhaps the channel that airs Comedy Central in late hours).
It is contemporary comedy-drama, about young man who doesn't have penis and tries to hide this. He avoids sex under various excuses and when gets chance to have it, he must escape.
At one point he is in bed with a horny girl and when he should undress, he goes to WC, and sends pic of his penis to someone by mobile phone. Dialogue was as following->

• I cant find my d..ck, can you see it?
• Nop, man.
• Is there a d..ck?
• No man, there is no d..ck there.
  Something like that.
  After this there was a scene when his mother gave him a drink and he lost his consciousness and woke up tied to a chair, and he had some electric wires connected with his what ever he had under paints.
  It turned out that mother was a psycho.She was torturing him out of jeaolusy.
  Then I had to leave my hotel and didn't see the end (and neither the opening credit for that matter).
  I guess it is recent American comedy.
  I remember a man character's words in the film when he is drunk and avoids again some girls>
• I am worse than Hitler, sorry Hitler.
