<p dir="auto">This film good as it was would have worked better if the following things had been done.</p>
<ol>
<li>It was firmly established as being set in 1989 so it would be 10 years after Christopher Reeves movies that it was a sequel to.</li>
<li>Ashley Judd should have been Lois Lan with Kate Bosworth maybe being Lucy Lane.</li>
<li>The Eradicator could have been used to cover for Supes so no one would known he was gone, or at least covered for Clark, and thus saved that plot hole.</li>
<li>The kid would (see the novelization for the scene in which the thug is killed on the boat for what would have helped this) have been establised as not Supermans' kid.<br />
How would these things have helped if they got down do you think.</li>

<p dir="auto">I didn't like Bosworth as Lane and Routh was just as dry, but the film still has its moments.<br />
