<p dir="auto">I was never sure if they are speaking Gaelic or what. Its not listed as an insult, slang or swear word in either language.<br />
Parp. Parp. Parp. Parp. Woop goggle erp. Parp.<br />
The only reference I find is a description of a horn (trumpet) sound and a few other noises of similar ilk.</p>
