<p dir="auto">Wolcott kills Carrie; but it seems as though she was intentionally brought to be killed by him.  And she may have even know of it as a possibility.  Why would anyone go to their death like that?  Or was it part of a game to extract money out of him, the objective being to maybe get beat up or hurt, but not necessarily killed?<br />

<p dir="auto">I don't see any indication that Carrie thought he was anything other than a rich client. But keep in mind that there weren't any choices for women, they mostly felt like property. She was being taken care of by Maddie and her clients.</p>
