<p dir="auto">Michelle Yeoh seemed genuinely attracted to Vin Diesel, certainly more so than Pierce Brosnan ("Tomorrow Never Dies") or Yun-fat Chow ("Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon"). Had the writers taken more advantage of that, the movie would have more interesting and poignant.</p>

<p dir="auto">I think the attachment between VD &amp; MY had to be comeradly rather than romantic otherwise there was problem with the VD, MT story line. But now that you mention it perhaps MY's reaction when she walked in on VD &amp; MT in an almost kiss was disappointment rather than embarrassment?</p>
