This is the one and only role that Sheri Moon didn't annoy me with. And I think it has to do with the fact she died within minutes. It was nice to see her in a role outside of a Zombie film but she wouldn't have been good as the lead.

angela bettis is a FARRRRRRR better actor than sherri moon. how anyone can say sherri moon is better than her needs a reality check. there's a reason she is only cast in her husband's films and that is simply because she is not that great of an actress.

Angela Bettis is an absolutely brilliant actress and her performance was the best part of the film.
I have no idea how Hooper was able to get hold of her considering his track record at this stage of his career. (I mean sure, this is actually quite a comeback for Tobe Hooper, but who could've guessed that beforehand?)

Angela Bettis is a great actress, and by far one of the movie underrated ones out there. I don't have anything against Sheri Moon, I honestly thought that she was great in Rob Zombie's first Halloween movie. However, she's definitely not as good as Angela Bettis is.

Angela Bettis is outstanding in this film, which is very rare for a horror movie. She captures the nuances of her character, and the fear shows in her every move. This film would have been a total snore without her performance to make me care.

I disagree. I think Angela Bettis was a better Nell, because she is average looking, and made the part more realistic, whereas Rob Zombie's wife would be too model-like for the part.

Bettis has proven that she can carry a film on her own(May),Sherri,on the other hand, has yet to show me that. She can support, but that's about it.

when she's not playing Baby Firefly, Sheri Moon cannot act. Plain and simple.

Whoever said that she isn't good at playing serious characters, is seriously mistaken. She was AMAZING in Halloween! MUCH better than she was in The Devils Rejects and House of 1000 Corpses. Angela is great, too, though.

I also agreeAnglea Bettis is a much better actress. May is one of my favourite films, if not my favourite movie. Angela really has great talent. Not that Sheri doesn't, but I don't think it would have been as good with her in the lead. Seeing Juliette Landeau was awesome as well.

More attractive than Angela Bettis? I'll give her that. However, in terms of acting, Angela Bettis is leagues ahead of her. For you to say Sheri is more talented is quite laughable.
