This is a solid update/remake. So what's with these long winded, unreasoned user reviews and posts? I found my way here looking for complaints about the sound design. Found some validation but stumbled across hateful, clueless diatribes. This is a political satire! A sense of the ridiculous and recognition of a defective political process is required to appreciate either version. This paranoid thriller moral tale is just a vehicle, not to be taken literally. Great Bruno Ganz mumbo jumbo part.
