<p dir="auto">The piece of paper said to meet Marco down the hall in a classroom is what I understood.  That's how Rosie got the message to him without his security knowing it.  And why she wouldn't let secret service in to check the room saying "It's clean".  I don't think he voted at all.  But of course she was double crossed by Eleanor Shaw who called and set up the assassination plan then.<br />
An independent mind is difficult to enslave.</p>
