I have the soundtrack by Robin Guthrie and Harold Budd but the song used in the trailer (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Lp5v4oQZRw) starting a little after 1 minute is not on it. I believe it is the same piece used in the movie when Neil starts running after massaging the old man with AIDS which is shown at 1:17 into the trailer. I love this song and if anyone can help me find it, I would be really really grateful.

It's not on the official soundtrack at all but it sounds to me like a weird mashup between Slowdive - Shine (the production, atmosphere, and drums) and a slowed-down instrumental Cocateau Twins - Sugar Hiccup (the melody, the space, the playing). It's also possible other elements of the soundtrack was included within as well.
